About this site
These pages have no accounts, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or club-set cookies. The hosting service may process technical information such as an IP address and browser request to deliver the pages.
The Join and Shirt Design forms send your name, email, and any uploaded design through FormSubmit to JD's school email. FormSubmit says it retains form submissions for 30 days; JD may keep the resulting emails. Only submit your own contact details and original designs, and do not include personal mental health information.
The underclassmen leader form opens on Google Forms. Google and Instagram may process information under their own privacy policies. For questions about submissions or this site, email JD or speak with a faculty leader at a Friday meeting. This inbox is not for urgent help.
The club raises awareness and is not a counseling, medical, or emergency service. A meeting, form, or social media message is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for the 24/7 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or visit 988 Lifeline. You can also speak with a trusted adult or school counselor.
We want the meeting details and club information to be usable by everyone. If you have trouble reading or using the site or a form, tell a faculty leader at a Friday meeting or email JD so we can help you access the information.
FormSubmit handles the Join and Shirt Design submissions. The Google Form, Instagram accounts, and 988 Lifeline open on separate websites. Their content, accessibility, and privacy practices are managed by those services. We may update meeting details and this notice as the club's activities change.
